Could be worse, could be their pronouns

This is the correct answer. MBA is not a professional certification, and should not be included.
I have an MBA. We made a pact as a class to not list it. Class of about 20, and only the least successful of my class put it in their signature. Fatties too.

No shame in being proud of what you've accomplished, but MBA in your /s/ block makes you look like a goose, especially if it's from UPhoenix or some other lame degree program.

I have somebody who has almost her entire CV incorporated in her signature block.
It’s like 5 lines of positions and degrees. She’s certainly an overachiever. I actually respect her. She loves her job.

How much do MBAs cost from DeVry University these days?

For my work e-mail, I do not include any designation or degree.
For my business cards, my company elected to put professional certifications (PE, CSP, CFA, CIA, etc...)
On linked in, I think I have my graduate degree and cert.

CPA in signatures has kind of gone by the wayside after multiple big 4s stopped the practice.

Nah you were being a smartass and I gave a very obvious example.

The one that instantly delete when it’s on a resume, or selling me something etc, is
She/Her. He/Him and any of that bullshite.
The other one is a guy that is a Dr of some obscure teaching field non medical and ask for people to call them Dr. My son had a friend in HS that played baseball with him and his dad was a Professor at UofA and insisted the boys call him Dr. They just started calling him Dr Douchebag…..rightfully so.

Grad degree letters can mean something if you’re in a sales role, since who you’re selling to could be impressed (rightly or wrongly).
Otherwise yes it’s pretentious..

If that makes you feel better about the money you wasted in college, I say go for it.

I put “Master of the space time continuum “ under mine. It’s very effective.

I honestly don’t ever notice.

I look down on that and anyone who includes more than two designations.

Can't blame them for including it
