Lajitas Resort is owned by Kellcy Warren. He would make it his personal resort before selling. No one would want it anyway. I think it just barely breaks even if that.

Kelly Warren bought it in 2007 for cheap. 13.5 million. It a beautiful place. The golf course is amazing I don't golf but have drove the golf course. For $50 of course.
