he never said tylenol caused it. he said there is a link. and just because there isn't evidence now doesnt' mean there can't or won't be.

That's exactly what they've been saying the entire time.

Somethings are just unintentionally hilarious.

RFK is nutter than squirrel shite and needs to be kicked to the curb but he's right on this.

ETA: I completely glossed over the "suggestive " comment. He's talking out of both sides of his mouth and FOS. He's cuckoo for Cocca Puffs.

I think it's crazy how this guy is the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services

The last 50 years have been great for American health. Those obesity rates and poison in our food is great. /sarc

Not like a so called “non-nutty” secretary would be doing anything to help you.

WEll yeah, the studies that came out clearly stated this - yet it didnt stop people (who obviously didnt read the studies) claiming they did state a causal relationship and use that for weak jokes

It’s possible for this to be true but also to admit that someone else would be better for the job and more qualified with a strong medical background.

Ironically, he has a far greater range of environmental experience and would be better suited for an EPA position.

What's your excuse now that you can't blame Tylenol for being a retard?

You're mentally and morally bankrupt.

When he was installed, he said he would have the answer to autism by September.

It was hastily announced and not thoroughly thought out.

A 2024 observational study in Sweden looked at a massive data registry from a quarter million patients and initially found a small increase of autism among patients whose mothers took acetaminophen during pregnancy.

Then the researchers looked at genetic factors and that same increase disappeared. When performing these types of studies you have to take into account genetics.

However, what also has to be taken into account is whether or not patient reporting is accurate. Those flaws can really misconstrue the results.

If RFK really wants to find an answer, the CDC needs to fund a sibling controlled cohort study. For causality, a randomized control trial would work but would be deemed too unethical.

Signed, an epidemiologist.

At least he is putting information out for people to do some research. Not paid for by big pharma propaganda.

Look at all the far left loons on this site melting about RFK

Same posters were silent the last 4yrs

They’ve been taking so many L’s lately, it’s to be expected they would latch onto anything resembling a W

Even if that means ignoring context and what was actually said

That has nothing to do with the fact that he is a nut.

I agree, the last 50 years have been horrible for US obesity rates. This guy is doing nothing different by swinging the entire other direction.

Ken Paxton, the walking equivalent of a small penis, sued Tylenol makers yesterday. I’m sure he appreciates RFKJ coming out and saying this now lol

I was just told earlier that Trump and his lackeys never say stupid things in public and then have to admit they had no clue what they were talking about.

I have never seen such an embarrassment as an official on the national level, save Biden and his crew. Even they however had the sense to keep their mouth shut most of the time. This admin can't help but shoot themselves in the foot almost daily
