Isn't the luxury housing market fairly poor right now in BR for the most part?

Thats my point

This house is overpriced as frick

At $597 a sq foot, it would be overpriced as hell even in Nola

Maybe because it's 4 acres of land in the middle of Baton Rouge?

Go to street view on Google Maps. His driveway leading to his gate runs right through somebody’s backyard!

And apparently whoever pressure washed his driveway up by the house doesn’t own a surface cleaner attachment.

A lake in Baton Rouge on 4 sides of a nice property would be an enviable security feature.

A moat would be nice. Sharks with laser beams too.

But it’s in NOLA. Both cities are shitholes.

As many guns as that dude's sold in the last 8 months, that house is probably WAY too poor for him to live in anymore.

His business did. No idea about his house.

I'm having to Google Maps to figure exactly where that is. I had no idea where he lived.

I wonder where he is moving to. If you're going to live in BR, he's got a pretty sweet spot to do it right there.

Think he may be pulling up roots and making a major move?

....apparently not in U-Club.....the Jones are snapping all that shite up! If you ain't UC, you is trash!

Seriously, I know of a few people going house poor for the simple sake of keeping up with friends & family. Its sad. A combined annual income < $150k and dropping into a $600k house seems irresponsible.

U-Club isn't exactly "luxury". They're barely bumping $1 million.
