Sure. Did your husband believe you when he found it?

Why would he care?

What husband gets upset about his wife having a sex toy or two?

Does it make you feel insecure?

That would be cool if you caught a gun to protect your household

Drunks and boobs are closer to Spanish Town Road. The designated family friendly areas are closer to North, I think.

We went with a shotgun.

She feels that not having to worry about trying to aim in that scenario, just pointing in the same direction as the threat, is more of a comfort and less anxiety inducing in an already anxiety filled situation.

And we're talking about the pros and cons of having the first shot be birdshot vs buckshot. Second shot is always going to be buckshot.

It's going to come down to her comfort level and what aftermath she thinks she will be able to deal with.

And we both agree that everything will most likely change when the baby comes home and she's not just worried about protecting herself.

Thanks for asking

Spanish Town Road is family friendly. Lots of families hanging out at relative's houses.

The parade goers who get raunchy are the LSU students who are usually on North, Main, & Laurel streets.

The "alcohol free zone" is on Convention towards the end of the parade.

If you park downtown, make sure there are copious amounts of cameras around your ride.
I’m past putting myself in this type of situation.

I’ll get a ride to & from if it’s that crappy of a place.

Having to potentially ask for Camera footage is not on my things-to-do list for the rest of my life.

That’s stupid as frick. The alcohol free should be at the beginning of the parade. Not at the end when the riders are liquored up.

The riders are liquored up before getting to the parade route.

Don’t you live in south LA?

Damn, must be nice to have a chauffeur.

I would just move but I already did.

I don't understand the appeal of parades.

At all cost, stay away from the corner of Florida and Lafayette, near Poboy Lloyds. The police call that Donkey Corner because of all the fights.

I will say this: don't hold your phone out near the street/edge of sidewalk.

My cousin did that about 15 years ago after the parade, texting our ride to come get us. As he was holding his phone up, mid text, a car drove by and the passenger leaned out the window and snatched the phone out of his hand.

One of the funniest things I've ever seen. I wasn't even mad. That was impressive.

Greatest "mugging" ever. No confrontation, no one got hurt, and by the time the confusion wore off, the car was gone...so no license plate to give the police.

Didn't even bother to call the police. There's was no point.

I have many friends that ride in it and it's absolutely what goes on

The parade doesn't even travel down Florida all the way to Lafayette
