My wife and I accidentally just booked an AirBnB in Europe that was in the city’s red light district. It was a bad scene and there was a lot of other solicitation of vice crimes happening.
You don’t want that happening in your town. Everyone was so angry, which is not what you would expect.

Go to several rub and tugs on the SO dime and get paid for it. Worst thing that can happen, you have to go undercover and say a code word before the rest of your team busts in but they are too busy to hear it or they just testing you, and the “therapist” is going to town while you lie there helplessly waiting for them to bust in. And when they do bust in, you’re about to pop, you’ll leave with a case of blue balls.
