I’m gay, so I’ll save everyone the trouble. You can work effectively with me by doing your job, and allowing me to do mine. That’s it.
If my HR rolled out something like this, I would let them know I felt singled out by this and it’s unfair to expect my coworkers to have to complete this and this would, in effect, create division and tension where there currently is none.
