Wonder how much The Magnolia drags down the 70115 average.

Seems like a lot of the other area codes don't really have a "poor area" in them.

you're probably aware, but there are more poor households down by the river than people might think.

i'd be curious to see the average white household income. bet it's close to 200k.

There are only a couple of possibilities on who has this area as a residence and brings up the income that much. Without them the average income of probably not real high.

I think this is based on average income, so if the zip code happens to include low income areas, it will bring down the average.
