Schools have let out in BHam. I will always be concerned about these kinds of weather days after 2011.
My freaking office is sending everyone home at 2:30PM. Like we will all be safer in a house than a large concrete building.

They don't want you stuck in rush hour when the worst of this starts firing up.

I've been dropping subtle hints to my manager to let us leave early. I commute from homewood to calera. I don't want to be stuck in traffic at 6pm when SHTF.

Yep. That was filmed just a mile from me, if thats MSHS.
Exactly what i saw out the front door.
Dude will be getting some credits for that quick vid it looks like.

Liability. Same reason schools close when in reality most kids are safer in there than being at home in what most likely is a trailer or average home.

No, they don’t want school busses driving around in tornadic supercells.
Posted on 3/19/18 at 2:52 pm to deeprig9
Pretty sure The Magic School Bus could do it

I commute from Homewood to Pelham, daycare shut down at 12:30. Been sunny and hot as hell since I got home.
