During high school you've done odd jobs saving a few thousand to buy your first car and Dad kicks in the rest. It might be a beater but it's yours.

Now you have freedom to go when and where you want.

Fishing with Dad/Grandpa

You never think it’s that’s big of a deal and then one day they’re gone….

Would have just about anything to take my son with my grandfather just one morning

Getting cut from my high school football team. Devastating at the time but taught me it was not the end of the world, to work harder and keep trying. Focused on baseball and was two year starter and letterman that made state playoffs once snd lost in district championship playoff game once.

The first time I went to Arlington was on a Christmas morning and it brings tears just thinking of it. All the wreaths on the markers, snow on the ground, absolute quiet. I was in awe thinking of all that have given their lives for our country.
