Got both of mine in Jan/Feb. Had zero effect on me, my parents, and the rest of my family. Hell I got both shots on a Friday afternoon and by 10PM I was deep into a bottle of EH Taylor Single Barrel. I think we're too much of Mutt DNA wise for us to be affected. The chinese bioweapon targets you pure breds.

I feel great. Of course neurotic people are going to come up with all manner of symptoms they will attribute to the vaccine.

Got my second Moderna shot in early March. I feel fine. It was about a day or so of roughness on second shot, but that's it and nothing since. Know someone that just got a booster that it's about the same as the second round so far.

Got both doses in April. Other than being tired the day after the 2nd dose, I don't feel any different nor have any lingering effects.

I've had the vaccine and COVID.

COVID gave me lingering issues for months.

The vaccine made my shoulder hurt for a day.

I've been fully vaccinated for almost 6 mths now and I feel as good as I ever did.

I've been "exposed" to COVID probably at least 6-8 times that I know of over that time (for work and family events) and haven't gotten it.....so for me it's OK....I understand not everyone has the same experience which is one of the reason I think the vaccine isn't all they told us it would be, but for me it's been fine.

Well the second round of Pfizer knocked me out for a day.

Now I've been blessed with Shingles. It just keeps on giving.

Vaxxed in February and March.

Neither I nor any of the other 100+ vaxxed people at my job have had any issues whatsoever.

In July I had a date with a lady who was in the hospital with covid a week later. I'm pretty confident I'd have gotten it if I hadn't been vaxxed.

I thought I would be learning some occult shite on the Bill Gates 5G podcast. Instead it's just him droning on about sustainability.

I haven't gotten the shot.. But I think some people will have some reactions.. some won't. Thank God the shot is not always part of conversation between my friends. But none of my friends have had any reactions. Of course they are pro vaccine because they have gotten the shot. I am not anti-vaccine.. I feel if you want it.. go ahead and get it.. I am not going to judge you so don't judge me. I'll add I have never gotten any type of flu shot.

Heard this on another board about someone who got a vaccine and "has not felt the same since". Said they feel like their brain is foggy and they are more tired than usually.

I asked a friend who is vaxxed the same thing. he thought about it and said he has had a lingering cough for 4 months since the last shot. He also said he can't seem to get enough sleep.

What a load of nonsense. None of this happened

Got Covid around this time a year ago. Recovered just fine with no long term anything. Took the Moderna shot in April of this year. Arm hurt like hell after the first shot(for around 48 hours) and then felt like crap for around 12 hours(flu like symptoms) the day after taking the second shot.

All in all, no long term anything. Lost my sense of smell after Covid but it came back after a couple of weeks.

All the same, people who have had COVID and survived complain about long-term "long COVID" symptoms

People make shite up and believe it themselves. Similar to the placebo effect

From WSJ:
quote:

But many of the survey respondents who attributed their symptoms to the aftermath of a Covid-19 infection likely never had the virus in the first place. Of those who self-identified as having persistent symptoms attributed to Covid and responded to the first survey, not even a quarter had tested positive for the virus. Nearly half (47.8%) never had testing and 27.5% tested negative for Covid-19. Body Politic publicized the results of a larger, second survey in December 2020. Of the 3,762 respondents, a mere 600, or 15.9%, had tested positive for the virus at any time.

Are you really suggesting long COVID is a placebo effect?

First jab no issues

Second jab kicked my arse but I was ok the next day

No long term problems. I know it took because I gave blood before the Red Cross stopped testing for antibodies.

6 out of 8 tested positive. The two that didn't test were patient zero. So we know they had it. Seeing as one toddlers school was closed due to 3 positive tests in a small classroom. So we are very confident 8 for 8 were positive.

5 of the 8 were vaccinated. Unvaccinated were 1 adult and two 3 year olds. The unvaccinated adult definitely got hit the hardest.

Very high breakthrough rate. And we had 3 different vaccines in the group.

I also noticed two co-workers with the same thing. seems the office is filled with people who can't seem to shake a light cough.

I've been working from home this whole time and haven't been coughing at all. Maybe you're just around a bunch of messy sick fricks.
