Ceviche is awesome. I guess he could have had a shitty recipe, but everywhere I've had ceviche it has been wonderfully prepared.

Dog
It was cooked with peppers and onions. It wasn't bad but I don't think I'd eat it again. Just did it for the experience.
Snail was the only thing that almost made me puke. It had a vein running through it about the size of straw on a can of WD-40 and I couldn't bite through it. Finally chased it down with a beer and thought I was going to puke on the table.

Fermented shark in Iceland. Basically ammonia flavored tofu.
I had haggis expecting to hate it but it was actually pretty good.

I had a chance to eat fried chicken feet once, but couldn't. How did you get past the alien/deformed child look they have. The gnarled, twisted, freakish looking things damn near gave me nightmares!

Any of yall have stinky tofu? It smells like a backed up septic tank and tastes jus like it smells.

I was interested to see the board's thoughts on hominy. I found it an odd dish.

Grilled Beef Tendon - it was like eating one of those wax coke bottles they used to sell with the syrup in them, but instead of sugary syrup you get beef grease flavor and the odd gristle texture. God fricking awful.

Had to take some really strong antibiotics after a surgery that led to an infection. Straight up in giant bold letters on the bottle it said do not take with dairy. Well my dumbass made Alfredo that night with like two giant bottles of heavy whipping cream...literally concentrated dairy.
I thought my wife had poisoned me. I’ve never been that violently ill.
