Picked up hay bales, loaded them on flatbeds and then unloaded them in the barn......for about 2 weeks one July in college. Anybody who has ever actually done that job will tell it doesn't pay enough.

My best friend and I spent the two summers before we got our drivers licenses doing that. We both saved our money and bought junker cars with it. Best thing about it for us was that the old farmer was cool, and always had us an ice cold beer at the end of the day. There is no better beer than the first beer after a day of throwing hay.

I ate a lizard for $30.
When I was at Ft. Polk, we were on the firing range. Someone snatched up a lizard and said to someone else “I’ll give you 20 bucks to eat this.” Before I could even chime in, it was already at $30. I volunteered quickly. And chewed up that poor lizard.

Dishwasher during HS.
During freshman year at LSU, lived at Plantation Trace next to Delchamps. While discussing panhandling guy there, decided it would be funny to try it with Crown Royal bags on feet. Sign said need money for shoes.
One Asian guy gave us $1 so we left after that and kept the dollar for good luck.

I did that before. Except I didn’t get paid and I had to buy my own beer.
