My dorm experience was in the military. Later when I went to college I stayed in a house I rented with my GF.

Never did dorm life but I absolutely embraced being on my own. Was one of the most fun periods of life. I never got homesick from my parents, but did miss some of my good friends who were not at LSU.

Living on campus was great. Worked on campus too. I didn't have a car because I was poor as shite, but everything was walking distance anyway.

Kirby Smith seemed like Lord of the Flies in ‘99. I went straight to Brightside Crossing but my dumb arse always had a girlfriend so I never took advantage of the scene.
