you did well b/c i'm somewhat avoiding much interaction today and it caught my eye
this is an example of a man who the system has basically forced into submission of all of his self respect and honor
i imagine the only reason this was ever accepted was the long-term guilt injected into him by his selfish wife, as well as the knowledge that he'd be financially ruined with a divorce (and it would cause negative impacts on his child, which i'm sure she also injected into him)
