Discovered peppermint bark last year. Bought some in bulk at Palmer Candy Co. So good.
Never thought about crumbling it over vanilla ice cream. Genius idea.

Because it's not actually chocolate. Now, you can have white "chocolate" confections that are awesome from a Belgian chocolatier like Leonidas, but they're not actually chocolate.
Now, toffee, that is unfailingly good. Crunchy, loaded with sugar, coated with actual chocolate and crunchy pieces of something.

The Chick-fil a peppermint bark milkshake is worth a try. Only negative thing is that it has almost 700 calories.
