I'm pretty sure throwing yellow bananas at a black athlete would be pretty much a no-no. Im also pretty sure calling an Asian person a yellow anything is frowned upon as well.

It doesn't compare to the vile shite I was spewing in the second half Sunday, but the gin and I had a goal to make everyone around me as miserable as I was and we succeeded.

Asians have a "hierarchy" too and discriminate based on which Asian country you are from. Also, some Asian cultures discriminate on how light their skin is with some going as far as trying to whiten their skin.

without a doubt, Asians get a lot of slack in the racial department but they are a bunch of racist moos for the most part

and using “yellow” seems superfluous.

They are only yellow for sort of a short time between being green and brown.

I’ve heard of coconut…. brown on the outside, white inside, but the banana is a first for me.

Many of the topics (and replies) on this board would seem to indicate the opposite.

Yall must have missed that episode of king of the hill. Kahn was told not to become a banana by that other Asian he's obsessed with, I forgot his name.

Words such as “banana” and “Twinkie” are often used as ethnic slurs toward Asian Americans who are considered to have lost touch with their heritage

\I dated a twinkie once. You haven't lived until you've heard a beautiful Asian girl speak with a southern drawl.

I think you are right. I've tried thinking of ways to offend the whites but there is nothing that comes to mind that really stings.

So the racist slur is NOT that she's Asian; it's that she's not Asian enough.

The rules are getting harder and harder to follow.

Its strange because the tanned ones are way hotter.

The Chinese drum up most of this racism for the record.

I had no idea how much Asians are racist towards other Asians until we were at the casino in Biloxi and my wife (Chinese) looked at some Vietnamese with disgust. I then got the whole run down of the hierarchy.

I had zero clue as well until I moved to Houston and had a relative marry a Chinese woman.

I'll tell you want though; she makes Hot Pot once in a while and it's been amazing.
