In one instance, you relive it as it was. No changes.
my wedding day - had a lot of hurdles to get to it, but the day despite them was perfect
In another, you can do whatever you wish.
not getting sprayed in the face head and shoulders by a car radiator and getting scalded. not sure how i don't have scars , but was 3rd degree scald burns on my shoulders. not sure how my face and head didnt get it bad

Buying the dips, 100k in 09 would be about 4.4 trillion at its peak.

Any NFL Sunday in 2011-2012. I was in the Marines and 4 couples, my wife and I included, would hang out every Sunday and watch football. They were some of the closest friends I've ever had, but life happened and now we all live in 3 completely opposite parts of the country and one of the guys committed suicide.

I must be really shallow - thought about banging women.

Watching the Saints win the Superbowl with my grandfather.
Too many moments from my childhood to name. Just any moment playing with my brothers or friends in the back yard.

First Christmas in Colorado. Growing up in Philly I had cold or snowy Christmas days, but when we lived in Colorado and had our first Christmas there..it was different and magical
Christmas tree lit up with toys all around. Fireplace crackling. Opened gifts and later went outside to sled off a big hill for the first time ever. I never had it as good as I did that day.

Go back to my childhood and watch my dad repair some electronics. Watch him fix a TV or Solder some circuit board and have him tell me about Ohm's law again.

Watching my daughter win her first USTA tournament match was legit the happiest moment of my entire life. I was just so proud of my creation

There's a hand full of moments that I would like to have back women over the years. For example, saying the wrong thing or not asking someone out. I miss my dad. He died when I was in my mid 20's. I regret not spending more time with him growing up.
However, holding my newborn son (my only child so far) in the hospital after all relatives left the hospital and watching LSU baseball play in Omaha the year they played Florida in the finals. I remember saying "it doesn't get much better than this."

I’ll tell you what I’d relive, man. Two chicks at the same time, man.

First time I busted a nut. It's never been that good again.
I wouldn't have gotten into that car.

I would love to do both of those things you mentioned OP.
But if there's anything I'd like to really relive that I think would have a big impact on me as a person, it would be the night my parents split up and my dad asked me to pick which parent to go with. I'd just like to ask him how the frick he expected an 8 year old to have an answer for that.

Is it just going back in time and then returning? Or just going back and reliving? How long do we get?
Either way, I do agree on the Grandfather. I'd go back to one of our best times. But, I'd do it with today's mentality, meaning I'd talk to him like you said. However, I'd also make it a point to spend time with my Mom and Grandmother. Both Grandmothers. As they have all passed and I'd give anything for just a few minutes.
