I found that stopping drinking altogether has been the best hangover cure for me. My drinking and hangovers were vicious.

The only cure is a hydrating iv that includes Zofran and something for the headache.
To keep from becoming dehydrated in the first place just drink water throughout the drinking session and drink another bottle right before sleepy time.
