Dick’s isn’t too far away actually. The cabin in the photo is a public use cabin I rent for weekends I’m bear hunting or planning to moose hunt. Well this is one of two that I rent. $40-$60 a night. The guy that built the cabin in the photo built several of these in the area. Working on renovating another one he built currently. He passed away this week unfortunately.

It still runs, We drove it up there this year from Lafayette to Dierks (6 hours only going 65 mph because of the governor limit). We paid 3k for the bus and another 1k to finish the inside. Bunks we got from a offshore container company that was getting rid of inventory.

This was a couple of years ago but that includes the slab.

Slab cost me $1,500 to have poured, the building materials were $6,000 and $500 for electrical materials. I built it myself
