You mean the dumb arse "whistle blower" who obtained ballots and sent them to the fraud-peddling republican conspiracy theorist?
Nope. I mean the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling. You aren’t aware of it?
Doesn’t surprise me.

At a state level, enacting term limits has increased legislators’ dependence on lobbyists. Not the opposite.
And entrenched bureaucrats of all stripes.

Correct.
The real problem is that lobbying is so cheap (relatively) and works so well.
Lobbying expenditures at the Federal level alone topped $1.2B for the first quarter of 2024.

It's not that I disagree, it's just weird seeing this perspective from the side who cheered on Citizens United.
Oh. You think that it should be illegal to make a conservative political film. Makes sense.

No, I think it should be illegal for corporations to be able to have unlimited financial freedom to influence elections. It makes it easier for them to buy our politicians and leaves a huge national security gap considering the global nature of corporations today.

Good. You largely agree with Citizens United.

This is pretty funny. People on this website actually believed this film, despite a lot of the things in it being debunked immediately

So cell phone geolocation tech is horse shite if it proves election fraud but totally legit if it can show someone walking around inside the US Capitol on Jan 6, after Capitol Police held open doors and escorted folks inside?

But keep going on about the 'obvious' election fraud in the 2020 election.
You believe it happened in 2016, though, don't you?

We can debate the particulars, but the fraud itself was self-evident.
There are no particulars. Just b.s. from Trump and the know- nothing ignoramus "experts" Trump hired to make up the hair-brained "proof".
Not one poster on here has posted any substantiated proof.

Nobody has ever proven the election was legitimate either. That is the problem. It should be fairly easy to verify, but in places like Detroit and Philadelphia it’s a shite show. You really can’t prove it was legitimate, that’s the beauty of our election system. Why did those states use Covid as an excuse to change all those procedures without going through the legislatures. It’s pretty obvious mass mail in ballots can’t be verified.

There’s plenty of particulars.
Here’s a particular.
In Michigan in Wayne County, the ballots cast didn’t balance with the vote totals.
The Republicans who were to certify the votes voted to certify the votes on the condition that there would be an investigation held as to why the totals didn’t match. The Democrats agreed until the vote was certified and then said that the agreement to investigate wasn’t binding but that the vote certification was.
There’s literally dozens and dozens of these “particulars.”
You dismiss all of them as nonexistent because you’re both a fricking idiot and a raging partisan.

And yet the MSM, big social media and big tech have a heavy hand on the scale worth billions in advertising and outright political manipulation.

30 years ago, GPS geo-location wasn't very accurate. For the last couple of decades it has been accurate to within a feet or a few yards, especially in dense urban environments where there are lots of cell towers.

We saw the video long before the film came out. Recant or face another stacked jury.

“stacked jury”. Sums it all up. Those of us who lived in the times of real freedom, personal virtue and mostly honorable government were just blessed to have done so. The coming elitist rule via the likes of Obama, Biden, Pelosi, Hillary, McConnell et al will be oppressive and spiritually depressing as the feeling that comes with free thought, speech and life choices gives way to to the heavy hand of Government control. I should feel bad for the kids but I don’t think that the vast majority are smart or strong enough to maintain the personal diligence that freedom requires anyway. They won’t mind living in the ‘Matrix’ that the Elitist-controlled DEI-based AI will surely deliver. Albeit we either exist in a Spiritual Universe or not, and if such be the case, then it’s ultimately either Heaven or hell based on one’s personal preference. Good enough. I still hate a lie, delusional/ignorance-based version or willful. Both are equally painful.

This is an awful lot of effort to convince yourself that your guy didn't diddle his daughter.
