Exactly. Some people just don't know how to disagree. They think every issue is a matter of principle, and to compromise one's principles is immoral. Therefore, compromise itself is immoral. And yet our entire government is set up to operate on compromises and deal-making.

I submit that ideologically pure governments cannot endure, there must be compromise.

It's impossible for what has historically been two completely incompatible philosophies of governance to exist in the same space. We've grown two armies on the same piece of land. There will be violence.

Has it ever happened in the history of the world?

The collapse of the Eastern Bloc was mostly peaceful but tense. There was, however, some violence in the Baltic states, a couple of coup attempts in Moscow, and the Yugoslav wars.

It's really hard to say what a dissolution process in the United States would ultimately look like, but, it likely wouldn't fall apart without major tensions and military/police actions.

Youre not. If so, you could understand economics. the current situation is not sustainable. I hope you get the kind of government you want, as you will fail. And I will enjoy watching you kids learn a few lessons. You'll come begging back for help soon enough.

Dare I ask which generation you think is the most fiscally responsible? I'm gonna pull up the National Debt since WW2, bear in mind.

You can't divorce. At best you can decentralize. Create more "districts" like federal judicial districts for different roles of government. But that will absolutely never happen.

Your county? How many people are in your county vs how many are in the state?

Is that consistent across the South? Don't confuse Republican voters with MAGA voters. There are many Republican voters who are what you refer to as RINO's. Specifically

- Christian Evangelicals (Which MAGA most definitely is not, unless Trump had a serious coming to Jesus recently)
- Fiscal conservatives (which MAGA is most definitely not)
- Corporate/Business Republicans (You refer to them I believe as the Globalists/Deep state/Uniparty (Most definitely not).

I get your likely Rural county may be very Pro-Maga, but the overall Republican party isn't that way. Fiscal conservatives will vote with the party, when the candidate aligns with our views, but when they adopt the batshit crazy train, I'm off at the first stop.

I will take a moderate democrat over an Ultra MAGA republican any day because at the end of the day, I know they'll keep spending in check and still stop the crazy shite. No small part of that is due to the way MAGA seems to want to destroy their own party.

Liberals will not cede power and control without a serious fight. Push will come to shove when red states begin to selectively ignore liberal policy. We need to be prepared to be defiant and strong when they respond to our dismissal of their leftist policies.

State economies are too tied to federal spending. It'll never happen, sadly.

EVreything is tied at the hip.....all states are way too connected to the feds. It would be nothing but one giant lawsuit if it were attemtped.

Why peace

Simply cut off the food and water supply to liberal cities and shoot anyone that crosses the city limits

Easy. Everyone wins.

I bet they will. I know some people in my own family who would gladly sign up for a chance to take out Trump supporters or the "uneducated" whom they believe are killing the planet.

It probably helped that we were on the other side of the line for them.
