Derek Chauvin didn’t just kill George Floyd; he also killed Klobachur’s VP chances (and possibly her political career). She knew she was getting left out to pasture, this withdrawal is just a cheap ploy to try to convince a small subset of simpletons that her political failures are actually magnanimous and woke.

The current cultural climate almost mandates that Biden select a black woman.
But Abrams is reportedly out. Demmings is a no go given her background in the police force. Bottoms is too much of a political liability at this point given her involvement with the Brooks situation.
That leaves Harris and Rice.
