Literally no one on this board is defending what those two guys did. People are just reacting to the developments that seem to make the victim not be appear to be the angel he’s portrayed as.

When out for a jog, the wife and I went through a house being built to look at the floor plan. It had just been framed in. No windows or anything.

So I can see going by once to check it out. But repeated times? He’s probably looking for tools left behind by workers.

The two guys are idiots for confronting with a gun brandished.

Arbery is an idiot for charging a guy with a gun.

Lots of stupid going on.

This is true, but these two men had reason to believe that Arbery was armed. Less than seven weeks before this incident, the McMichaels had a 9mm handgun stolen out of their truck. We now have surveillance footage that shows Arbery snooping around the neighborhood as early as October 2019.

This is why we shouldn't form opinions on controversial crimes based entirely on initial mainstream media reports. Just continue to sit back and wait for more facts and evidence to come out.

I get it. I'm with you but they'll be going to prison. For a long time. Not smart.

Yeah it sucks and I hope they can avoid prison but they probably won't. Just, not smart at all.

So when the cops asked them about why they took guns, why didn't they mention that?

3 dumbasses met. A shitshow happened.

Are there no pics of this guy since he went to prom 8 years ago? All they are showing on TV is him in a tux.

What matters is what the guys with the guns knew and what they did. They are the accused.

My guess is that his subsequent pictures aren’t flattering, such as a mug shot or him holding weapons and throwing up gang signs.

My mother-in-law loves going into houses being built just to look at them. So strange. But, I wouldn't mind seeing her gone.

He just needed a place to rest in between his long jogs with boots on. He was just a good boy training for military service, obviously.

That and i assumed he was a toddler with all of the youthful pictures the media has been sending out.

This is a classic Man Slaughter case.

Would be involuntary manslaughter

Saying this because if their intent was to kill him then he would have been dead from the moment he got close enough to get shot. They also called 911 before they confronted him. You don’t call 911 and then kill someone intentionally. He wasn’t killed until he charged and grabbed for the gun.

Ask all the people who portrayed the timberland trail runner as an innocent jogger enjoying his daily run in racist redneckville

It’s possible he was just a bored guy with a lot of time on his hands and just curious or knew it was a place he could waste some time.

Construction sites are what’s called an “attractive nuisance”. They tend to attract people onto the property to look around for all sorts of reasons. Most of which are not criminal. That is the reason most construction sites are now fenced.

The cop never asked why they took guns for one. McMichael stated they took them because they thought Arbery was armed.

At night? My neighborhood is a new filing, so there are several houses being built around mine. Yes, people do go look in the houses as they are being built. Often times its during the day, or right after the crews leave. We had a lady come barge into our home as it was nearly complete, while we were inside, and didn't say anything, just started going room to room. This was after all the finish carpentry was done and all that was left was paint. It was strange.

But, I've never seen anyone creeping through houses in the middle of the night to check out the floor plan.

He’s didn’t do muffins. Stop making it seem like jogging in cargo shorts, timberlands with a hammer isn’t common workout gear.
