And, are you trying to say you believe an unarmed 120 lb woman was going to take Pence into custody and hang him if Byrd didn't shoot her? She was going to kung fu her way through all of his Secret Service protection, take him to a tree somewhere, and then hang him with a rope she didn't have?
If that is the leap in logic you have to take to insist Babbit's shooting was justified, then you obviously know it was not justified. The only reason you can't admit it was unjustified is that she is a Trump supporter, and you think that was reason enough for her to die.

Babbitt was just part of an unarmed riot...and law enforcement doesn't use live ammunition for that shite. That was the only time in recent years.
But vehicles trying to strike a leo, there's a helluva lot of those that get shot up. It's common for law enforcement to use live ammunition in that situation.
