Most Presidents lay low after their Presidential terms, not the guy planted here.

DONT LET TRUMP STEAL THIS ELECTION TOO. STOP THE RUSSIAN BOTS, DEMAND IN PERSON VOTING WITH REAL ID.

I also find it fascinating that they consider Gerrymandering a "republican" thing.
Came here to say this. I'd love to see an end to this process. Both parties are equally guilty. It assures a near unimpeachable representative from certain districts.

All that coming from the guy who’s AG wouldn’t prosecute voter intimidation in Philly.

Shouldn't Obama be more concerned about his mentally ill wife?

Let's start with the principle one vote for one live person that can make it to the polls or fill out a verified absentee ballot.
Bottom line: if you can’t make the time or take the effort for any of that, then voting just isn’t that important to you.

Who are they saying is discriminated against when it comes to voting?
Well, the number of polling locations has dropped significantly since the SCOTUS ruling removed the pre-clearance requirement, and they are predominately in areas which disproportionately affect minorities.

make Election Day a national holiday.
Im down with this. It'll give more conservative voter a chance to vote instead of go to work.

He kind of laid low for a while.
But now, he’s starting to feel some heat. He did some hinky shite as POTUS and the investigations are getting uncomfortably close. He needs to get back into community organizer mode and rally the peasant masses against the Bad Orange Man, before anything really big gets out.

The filibuster forces congress to compromise and not bend to the extremes.

Maybe it's time for evangelical mega churches to start handholding people to the voting booth and promising free meals as part of it
LOL. We should bus people of all colors to AME churches on election day, to take advantage of the free ride, free meal, and $20 handshakes.
In my part of the world, county commissioners, school board officials, etc, didn't even have to hide their tactics. Fried chicken and cash, every November!

Here is the key quote I took away from your link
quote:
The closures could disproportionately disenfranchise voters of color,
I see no evidence that the closures actually did disproportionally disenfranchise minorities

Obama was president for 8 years and had a majority in both houses of Congress for 2. Why didn't he get all this stuff passed when he could do it????
Guess they didn't need to rig elections 12 years ago like they do now...

Please explain, what the Shelby County v. Holder ruling did. Surely you aren't so simple enough as to think it was a "shut down polling locations where black people are located" type argument, do you?
