i have a TON of vietnamese friends and every one of them loves trump.
my wife's bestie is married to a scary-looking puerto rican dude and all we do all day long is trade trump memes and go outside on the patio and smoke cigars and bash dems when he comes over
if he only knew the PT was my endless supply of MEMEs..he thinks i'm just really good at finding them.

The Vietnamese are hard working people. They came here after the war with nothing. Many started family businesses by saving and pooling their money. Like most people who work hard, they are more on the right.

That gave me flashbacks. Worked with a Vietnamese woman who talked with her hands like an Italian but always had a knife in one hand. She terrified me sometimes when she got mad. I know she saw some shite as a little girl.
ETA: I should clarify that this was when I worked in the kitchen at a restaurant. It wasn't like she would pull a knife out of her pocket to talk but she always had a chef's knife handy.
