Exactly what is China bringing to table for the US Power Grid?
Short answer, not a damned thing. Relays and controls are US or German based. Not one US Utility will think about installing something the Chinese do not manufacture. China installations involve ABB, Cooper, Beckwith and Schweitzer, this so called act is based on unthoughtful, uninvestigated trash.
The US utilities know exactly what get from a source incapable of manufacturing their own power grid products.

He signed Executive Actions NOT Orders. They are not the same.
