Of course not. He wouldn’t be making these threats if he thought people actually listened. TDS has their base foaming at the mouth. They will go right along with this.

If you thin the GOP is losing elections because of nonctizens voting, you're delusional.

And the SAVE Act would disenfranchise eligible voters if it requires passports and birth certificates. It's not like everyone has those documents handy.

The Republicans can literally fix almost everything wrong with the Federal Government by nuking the fillabuster, passing the Save act, codifying the Dodge cuts, and pushing all of Trump's appointments through.

they will do none of this.

No, because that would require the pansy bros like Thune to fight back, like a Viking or something

bullshite. No ID requires a passport, if you have a passport to be in the US then you can't vote anyway. Birth certificates are really easy to get.

This is more leftist "but, but, black people have difficulty getting an ID".

I don't even know a US citizen that doesn't have an ID, haven't even heard of it.

Yeah that is why Chucky and the dems are picking this hill to die on because it will not matter in elections.

I'm a LEGAL immigrant to this country. Took the long, legal road to proud citizenship.

Why WOULDN'T eligible voters have some kind of government-issued ID available at all times?!?! I need an ID at the library, at the grocery store to get a store card (no thanks), at the doctor's office, at the bank, etc, etc, etc, etc.

Too bad if you don't have some kind of adequate ID on you; passports and birth certificates are DEFINITELY NOT the only forms of ID that are acceptable.

ID or NO VOTE!

If someone over the age of 18 is unable to posses a valid ID fgor ANY reason, I don’t want them having a say in our elections.

Arguing AGAINST that is one of the dumbest arguments in politics today.

Man.... I remember when a party shut down the government over border wall and border security funding that would have saved the US billions to this date.. that was an absolute travesty and attack on the very foundations of democracy.

Now it's about to be twice in a couple months and the left is giddy with excitement.

And the lemmings rejoice with them.

EXCELLENT regurgitation of what you have been commanded to repeat while down on your knee with their finger pointed at your bowed head.

Sooooooooooooooooo if it's so hard... why can the federal, state, and local governments ask for it to complete every task including applying for public assistance, social security, etc?

Are we denying poor people public assistance? The elderly with social security? Are we starving the poor and elderly? Oh noes!!!!

It’s existential for Dems.

It really is.

The desperation and lengths they are willing to go should easily indicate to any reasonably honest person that the Democratic Party sees no real future for itself short of being able to bring in migrants by the millions.

Anyone who truly believes Dems are going to these lengths “just out of the goodness of their hearts” is hopelessly naive.

This is an act of self-preservation and continued power and control.
