Is there a link? Numbers seem correct just surprised it would be published on a city site. Maybe some FBI site would seem more likely.

These types of “in your face” statistics are the only way we’ll be able to confront root causes plaguing black communities. The ROOT is rampant broken families.

It’s pro bc ably lower than that for whites considering they actually label some black people, Hispanics, and non whites as whites. They do that all over the country in liberal states too
