It is the totality of the circumstances, not any single isolated event. Flying a drone by itself wouldn't prove a thing. But it wasn't "just flying a drone". You have to put all the other pieces into the equation (securing an elevated position within 130 yards with direct line of sight and given enough time to take several shots at Trump, etc.)

I haven't seen any reporting about the exact time that Crooks had his flight(s), but if close to the event there would have been a no-fly area over the venue. Failure to enforce = inside job.
Of course, at this point, I don't take ANYTHING reported about the Butler tragedy at face value.

Honestly at this point I’d be shocked if the shooter didn’t have a t-shirt saying “I’m part of MKUltra and I’m on a mission to murder Donald Trump.”

At 5:53 the snipers were given warning of potential shooter. At 6:00 the SS approved and cleared Trump to get on stage.

Crooks might have been the lone gunman and for the time being I think this is the case, but he certainly wasn’t the only person there in on the plot. I’d say at least six others present were.

Yes, but why not REPORT the time? I have been through several articles now. One says "just before the rally," but it looks like they are all going off of the WSJ reporting.
