I can't stand activist motherfrickers like that who weasel their way into positions of power just so they can ignore the laws and rule based on their personal feelings.
It's a cheat. They've figured a way to get around the legislative process and prop themselves up as 'the law'.

Florida uses unique names for some elective offices. To be clear, this guy is NOT a statewide elected official. He is the equivalent of a District Attorney for a single Florida county (Hillsborough).
Since a DA (State Attorney) is a local elected official in Florida, I find it odd that the governor has the unilateral ability to suspend him, but that must be the rule there.
