We don't have all of the info. The trump administration is still hiding 3 million documents from the public and the ones released have too many redactions protecting people from their ties to epstein.
There is very little transparency thus far so we can't tell how guilty Trump is or not

Not saying I disagree. But an attorney for the girls even stated back in 09 Trump was the only person to offer help regarding JE. This ties in also to OP. I just don’t believe there’s anything bad in there at least on Trump

Even considering this infamous quote, look at what the files are saying here. Trump was calling the police about Epstein in 2006 trying to have him taken down. He was a fricking informant.
People, how do we think Trump gets close enough to these people to gather enough dirt to take them down? He has to play the part. Nothing he SAYS should be taken seriously when he is trying to rub elbows with people he is trying to take down. Look at what he DOES. That's what matters.

First, there is no credible evidence of Trump doing anything really untoward with regard to Epstein. Aside from perhaps just associating with him a little to long, but the evidence reflects he did better than most prominent people int his regard.
Second, I agree with you that this doesn't "confirm" anything and these RW news accounts are useless in that regard. Some unknown person claims Trump said something more than a decade after the fact. That doesn't confirm Trump blew any sort of whistle. It could be true, of course, and it wouldn't surprise me.

I mean, credibility of third party allegations is always an issue. Just because documents full of third party allegations are released doesn't mean we should ignore a credibility analysis.
Some of these allegations (which circulated previously) were clearly crazy people and the stories were not credible. Any rational person should choose not to believe that insanity.

This is old news. Well established. This is just one more source confirming that this happened. This is not breaking news. It broke a bit after Epstein was arrested the first time.
The msm doesn't do its job. That is why you are only hearing about it now.
