A normal reaction would be to go in the opposite direction of the attacker. Another normal reaction would be to get the shirt off her and take her to a hospital immediately. Another reaction would be to get everyone out of the room. You don’t carry on like nothing happened.

Looks like 3rd degree assault, which requires great bodily harm. Probably an overcharge so he can walk.
Not really how it works. He can plea to something lesser and the jury would have the opportunity to convict on a lesser offense if it were to go to trial.

Jussie Smollett was convicted of staging a hate crime and filing a false police report in 2019, which he orchestrated with two brothers. His conviction was later overturned in 2024 due to violations of his rights during prosecution, but he still maintains he is innocent.

Another Jussie Smollett incident?

poster mwade91383 says there is absolutely 0% evidence this is a hoax.

The weirdest thing was how she unflinchingly went forward to grab the syringe from him. There was no moment of shock like ‘what the hell is going on here!?!?’ and no hesitation in moving forward to him.
Seems the most unnatural reaction possible to something like this happening completely out of the blue and where one would seemingly have no clue as to what was going on or what possible threat this guy might have posed. I mean, was she able to ascertain what he had (a syringe) and that there wasn’t a needle attached to it that he might have jabbed her with to inject God knows what, in the span of a split second?
100%. i'm big and fit and can hold my own in a scrap, and if someone jumped up like that in front of me and came at me with something, my first response would ABSOLUTELY be to flinch back, as would 99.99% of the population.

It will be interesting to see what the guy's background is.

It wasn’t all that long ago that she accused ICE of detaining and profiling her son and got smacked in the face with receipts by Wolf Blitzer of all people.
She’s a well documented scam artist, but the again, it’s what her people are known for.

Holy shite! You've cracked the case wide open!

Even a lot of Democrats are laughing at how horribly staged this was.

Maybe I missed it but has anyone determined what the liquid was? If it was just water the Dems will say: 'Yes, but did it contain lead from old pipes?'
Edit: Just saw the post saying it was Apple Cider Vinegar. Maybe they'll say it can cause blindness.

I could see either side. Looks like a glance at someone but you can also say it looks like a recognition. Not definitive proof either way.

Y’all got to get smart and move on from this bitch. Seriously.
She faked an arrest, faked her son getting profiled by ICE. She has a fake winery, committed immigration fraud…. And she’s a raving antisemite.
Just get someone else in there and spare the party the shame.

Why would he plead down if he's going to walk on an overcharge?
