That may be the single most ignorant statement by Newsweek in its history.

The article is projecting this to occur in 2019 after a House impeachment.

And this is the reason the House votes to impeach, and not the Senate. The drafters knew that the Senate would be full of egos and assholes. Unfortunately, the Senate gets to act as jury.

News Weak is your source?

They have been publishing several stories a day since the election about a Trump impeachment.

If any "news" organization has less respect than CNN it is News Weak.

Anything is possible if that's what the independents want... Think of the "you're fired" memes

If that were to happen the fallout would be nuts. The people that voted for trump because they were tired of establishment politics are going to come out in droves to protest, and then you'll have a ton from the left counter protesting them. It would get ugly very fast and all the republicans who voted to impeach him might as well kiss their seats goodbye.

If it's breaking news, why would that be under the "Opinion" title?

Negative, the single most ignorant statement made by Newsweek in its history was "Let's hire Kurt Eichenwald".

Not liking the President is not grounds for impeachment.

I would be willing take up arms to stop a groundless coup if need be.
