I promise you as a bureaucrat, I don't have tens of millions of dollars.
I have my Thrift Savings Plan account, and I've put in the maximum amount allowed in most years (allowing me to get the most matching $ from FedGov) but outside of that I haven't been screwing the taxpayers on TD or anywhere else.
