The irony is, if they really went to war against the right, they would lose big time. Limp wristed pansies can't fight. They are cowards.

Thank these people for telling you what they are and remove them from your life. Don’t let their negativity touch your families in any form. No need to try and discuss anything rational with them. They hate you and yours.
Take the high road and walk away.

These people have been showing you who they are for almost a decade. If you haven’t caught on to their absolute depravity by now, you probably won’t.

This is where Marxism ends up. Every time.
They groomed a kid into activism and convinced him that killing his opponent was the means of advancing the cause. That’s the purpose of critical studies (of which queer theory is a subset). The revolution is always the goal. And if you can separate someone from the dominant heteronormative market paradigm, then everything that is part of the heteronormative paradigm is going to be the enemy.
And Marxists view moving towards progressive utopia as the telos of history, the natural end and goal of history. People who get in the way of moving towards that end are the enemy. It is righteous to remove those people from society. Whether by death or segregation. Because utopia must be achieved.

The ones with the comments all seem to have something in common

You are a sad, old man just doddering around now masquerading as a “wise” person

Not to Christians.
And also, whether you want to admit it or not and whether or not non-religious people want to admit it, Western Civilization has over two millennia of religious, Christian, and spiritual foundation.
So to just say you don’t understand where morality in our society comes from is willfully ignorant.

Good.
Let them continue to show the world who they are.

I wrote,

Some is taught through religious tradition.
But that is not where all morality comes from. Pagan tribes, who have never heard of monotheism have morals.

Very happy over here, Rip. You are the angry one hurling insults.
I’m the one saying that people like you, who do bad things like insult people instead of civilly discussing, are not bad people, you’re good people who have done a bad thing.
So who sounds mad, sad and angry?

Of course not. But I don’t think Roger did that.

Last month, I was scrolling on facebook when a post popped from some group celebrating 'the Constitution and Christ'. Just looking at it, it appeared to be a group of hardcore Right-Wing Christian Nationalists. Definitely a Charlie Kirk crowd.
The post was the breaking story of Carlos Roberto Montoya, a Guatemalan man who was working illegally in Southern California. He was with a group of migrants at a Home Depot. When ICE agents pulled into the parking lot, the workers scattered in all directions. Montoya ran across a highway and was run over and killed.
The 52-year-old Montoya had been in the US about 3 years illegally. But he wasn't stealing hubcaps or assaulting women. He was trying to tile someone's bathroom. A huge sin - I'm sure - to the Christian Conservative.
Anyway, there were around 200 comments on the story and I had to read about all of them. I did not see ONE comment offering any condolences or sympathy for this guy. Every post was celebrating and mocking this man's death.
And remember - THIS WAS A PAGE FULL OF GOD-DAMNED CHRISTIANS!!
Where was God's love? Where was the compassion?
I ask this because I'm not a Christian and I honestly wish to understand the Christian thought process. I've asked Christians about this and the answer has always been 'Well, he was illegal. Why should we feel sympathy for an illegal'.
This is why I'm not attracted in any way to the Christian religion. A person born into poverty and wanting to work hard for his family even if it's illegal (a crime we would all commit) is not worthy of God's love?
Why were these posters mocking his death not called out or in jeopardy of losing their jobs? Isn't mocking anyone's death cause for public ridicule?
I honestly had never heard of Charlie Kirk before September 10th, but I'm assuming he celebrated Montoya's death on his podcast......being such a great Conservative Christian man that he was. I'll have to look that up.
