Go ahead and assume they are doing more than “being annoying” or “observing”.

I’m very perplexed why understanding this simple concept is so difficult for a lot of you.

If they are doing more than that and are actually obstructing or impeding…THEN ARREST THEM. Now they have to face charges AND their global entry will be revoked as a consequence.

Why scan someone’s face to have their global entry revoked if they haven’t done anything that rises to an arrest-able offense?

Her statement is laughable.

She says she was “commuting” but also that she was behind a Dodge Ram that “had been identified as ICE/CBP.” Identified by whom?

She then lied to the Federal agent saying she was “in her neighborhood” (she was not) and simply “commuting through her community.” She was not.

She states she has been through “Legal Observer training.” She’s a commie and I hope she has to move out of the country.

All those ICE vehicles probably have dash cams/rear looking cams that are recording.

ICE doesn’t have the lawful authority to detain/arrest someone who is illegally obstructing their investigation?

I mean I doubt it’s anything more sophisticated than someone in her extended posse saw some ICE agents getting in after lunch or something

Do you know that they have a list of “ice agents vehicles license plates?”

I’m sure she’s not at all hypocritical and is upset by ice collecting her facial recognition while she was in a WhatsApp group that had agent license plates in it. Sure that’s not the case.

Listen, this lady sounds like a loon. Anyone who spends time doing what she’s doing is one. Not defending her but I will defend anyone acting within their rights. And if not—frick em.

Well then she should have been arrested

Or simply given a citation. Not everything is an arrestable offense.

I am just taking the video in the OP at face value--there was no mention of a rape whistle. We have a right to observe and record our government officials in the course of their public duties without government retaliation. Revoking pre check is far from the end of the world, but minor retaliation is still retaliation

Story says she was following and tracking ICE/CBP movements and relaying them to others. Also reports that there have been three others.

I do not believe any of this has been confirmed as of yet, but the story is out there.

As far as tracking LEOs, IF this happened and IF she was part of the the organized app, we also know people being sought, by ICE/CBP, were warned with information given by these trackers. That, if true, could be considered hampering/impeding.

I know people say "shoulda been arrested". Nah, citation, day in court then loss of privileges would have been sufficient.

Saw that they are rushing hundreds of chest cam to officers to get pictures of all the protesters and encounters, so that they start cataloguing these people for whatever purpose in the future

What is a "safe distance"? Obviously not safe enough if she put herself on their radar while she was stalking them.

In this context I use "arrest" and "give a citation" interchangeably. The point is: charge them with a crime.

Don’t know, but that’s certainly not part of their mission. Either way, that is what local PD is for. Why don’t they help?
