I’m actually a fan of SFP. Dude is a defense attorney trying to keep the shite that is happening from happening to everybody.

Many don't understand that criminal defense lawyers are speed bumps in the way of overzealous government prosecutors.

Police can lie to suspects, but suspects cannot lie to police. The balance of power when the state goes after a private citizen is never equal, and defense attorneys doing everything in their legal power to protect their clients is usually fine by me.

The irony here is the BLM stumpgrinder apparently would have agreed with an acquittal.

If I remember correctly, he was a Boog dude, so I have my doubts if he was super BLM.

How do you do God’s work and make SFP look like an arse at the same time?
Not to take anything away for BBONDS25, but, second half isn't that hard, is it?

I keed, I keed, It was too easy to let pass. I appreciate SFP for his willingness to put it all out there.

Everybody hates them... until they need one.

It's a tough and difficult job. I respect anyone that does it well.

I wouldn’t necessarily argue against that.

I have always assumed he was just trying to impress the quadruple amputee with his tough talk and big gun.

In any event, he was a cosplay cowboy who FA&FO by pulling a rifle on the wrong hombre.

ah, so we should let out people convicted of murder because...the governor doesn't agree with the jury. This is ridiculous.

The governor has the power to pardon people. If you don’t like it, change the law.

Also frick off.

the homicide detective and police dept all said it was a justified shoot and no charges were to be brought.

The police departments almost always say it was a justified shooting.

If you read the police interview, see Perry's cell phone records which disprove Perry's claim he was distracted by texting when he drove in the crowd, and see his social media discussions about how he could drive into a crowd and get away with it-

you would come to the same conclusion as the jury.

You left out the part where videos showed a crowd of protestors mobbing Perry’s car. Foster was in that mob and approached Perry’s car with his rifle in the low-ready position.

It is entirely reasonable for a motorist to fear an imminent unlawful threat of seriously bodily harm in such a scenario. Texas law clearly states all citizens have the right to use deadly force in such situations.

I hope Abbott goes through with the pardon and we don’t get some bullshite excuse that the parole board didn’t recommend a pardon.

But this is the leftist dream. Even in Texas, we see the playbook. They want no right to self defense and they’ll prosecute anyone who dares defend himself. “He should’ve avoided that area of town” (shouldn’t have worn that dress). They want to take your guns and tell you to call the police when in danger. They also want to defund the police and not let the police break up these mobs in the first place.

They want chaos.
