Recall, court martial, demote to the rank of O-1, loss of pay and due to busting TIG requirements that will prompt removal. That will also kill whatever military retirement he had.

The newly appointed temp DoD Pentagon IG is reviewing Milley's actions to remove one star. Another picture of Milley removed.
Who knows if after review if further discipline may be warranted?
Does a pardon protect Milley for treason and an attempted coup, much less disobeying his CIC? Dereliction of duties? Aiding the enemy without notifying his CIC of his actions?
Remember Hegseth was pulled from DC orders to guard Biden---- because of a Christian cross tat and his political views and social media postings.
This Pentagon was evil.
