Trumps response should be to call the CEO and threaten to pull all government contracts and negotiated rates from ALL Hilton. They will bend the knee fast and then Hilton can pull Franchises from Hilton Owner's that don't follow the corporate rules and rate agreements.

I think this is an individual franchise thing. Minnesota sounds about right.
Don’t care. Kinda like the female DEI executive who made the call for Bud Light, Hilton should have had a handle on their employees.

I suspect this is a franchisee.

If true, that would make a difference. Hilton should make a public statement denouncing this if that’s the case, and pronto.

This is not analogous to Bud light.
Do you understand how franchises work?

Trump should draft an EO ordering all federal workers to not use Hilton properties if on official work.
Let’s see how they like losing that cash cow

I don't think this will work out very well for them.
Feds simply cancel every contract with Hilton Hotels and Hilton International

Sounds like Hilton corporate might want to soon get a better grasp of that.

I addressed that in the post directly above yours.

This is not Hilton's fault. This is coming from local hotel ownership. However, that ownership still represents the Hilton brand. How Hilton responds to this is going to be important for them.

I guess the Hyatt chain is out too since Pritzker owns that.

This is very likely from one or two employees. If I were Hilton I would look at possibly suing them

Geez. If this is true, this random management twerp is about to cost the entire Hilton corporation of hotels to lose government lodging. And that would be HUGE.

Fatal mistake by Hilton. Bookings will take a nose dive. They are not the only game in town; plenty of other options. F’em.
