When there are no drop boxes. No mail ins. No adjudicating ballots 4 weeks after the election.
You can early vote in oerson. No excuse. They get their butts to the doctor and the wellfare office. They can find a way to the polls.

When there is a forensic audit of paper ballots from the 2020 election conducted by Congress, followed by criminal prosecutions of anyone participating in it; followed by a nationwide ban on mail in ballots.

Several things:
Voter ID in every state
Mail in ballots only for legit absentee ballots
No ballot harvesting with Dem operatives voting for elder people in nursing homes, etc.
No outside money associated with state elections. Example: Warnock getting massive influx of out of state funding leading up to the Georgia Senate race.
No foreign interest money contributions for National elections. Example: Democrats funded by tech companies like Apple Computer that are heavily invested in China, a well-known bad actor on the international stage.
Completely transparent elections. Example: no ballot dumps in the middle of the night like we saw in contested states in 2020 Presidential election.

Whent the iconic benchmarks are no longer shattered by outlier results. For instance:
* When states like Wisc, Mich, and Penn no longer have voter participation rates WELL ABOVE the national average (and of course Biden won over every one of those new voters)
* When bellwether counties and states can be used to actually gauge the mood of the country again (Trump won 18 of those 19 counties, and the bellwether state of Ohio, that has rarely been wrong in 150 years)
* When vote totals match the reality of every prior election (Biden gained more voter % over the previous winner, in recent history)
Biden was 30% better than Trump
Trump was 3% less than Obama
Obama was 10% less than his first term
Obama was 10% better than Bush
Bush was 20% better than his first term
Bush was 5% better than Clinton
Clinton was 5% better than his first term
Clinton was 5% less than Bush
Bush was 10% less than Reagan
Reagan was 25% better than his first term
Reagan was 8% better than Carter
Carter was 11% less than Nixon

Voter IDs, paper ballots, end-to-end transparency, and when someone is caught cheating they're treated as traitors.

They do it in France and other countries with great success and it’s generally completed within 24 hours

When every 18 year old is registered, providing adequate ID for citizenship, and this registration is nationwide, then maybe. But our constitution leaves the mechanics of elections to each state.
