We are constantly told how they were kings and queens in Africa. I'd be fine with footing the bill to return them to their kingdom.

Fine, but every white citizen who can prove through ancestry records that their ancestors had nothing whatsoever to do with slavery should then be exempt from paying a single penny.

Sure, but white people should get an offset for the insanely absurd disproportional amount that blacks have received in welfare and a direct credit for the racist institution called affirmative action that was unconstitutionally mandated over the last 60 years.

Well there's a good opportunity for the gov to pull some shenanigans.
Confiscate some land to divvy up as "reparations", assign it to those whom are eligible, and then offer to buy it from them for pennies on the dollar of actual market value them since they want cash and not a little undeveloped piece of property, and it's all funded by the American Taxpayer.
Government ultimately pays nothing and ends up with more land than they should ever possess, then sells it at a premium to build low-income subsidized apartment/housing complexes for the people who received their land checks.
