Well if it isn't "Magna Carta" Clames.
Explain to us again how the weapons being used at the time of the Magna Carter are relevant to the discussion of weapons by those drafting the U.S. Constitution some 500 odd years later.
That will be ignorance personified.

Seems dumb. Biden might not be the nominee. If it becomes clear then the dems will be on the front line getting him on it in debates. Meanwhile Trump is still bypassing national security process for politics. Red states ain't the issue my dude.

Again, the purpose of my original response to Tex was that, yes, the Trump administration did take some action it had available to it regarding the ACA in order to fix broken aspects, and legally and legitimately did so within the bounds of executive authority. Some examples of which I listed.
So he didn't "gut" the ACA via EO. Rand Paul gutted the ACA through law.

You're right, Trump didn't gut ACA by executive action....I probably should've been more clear abt that. I was originally rebutting the suggestion that Trump (and his admin) had failed to utilize or discharge executive authority/duty in an appropriate way.

Wow
A real back and forth on this board
A real back and forth on this board

For it to be a problem, ALL of these things would have to be true
* Biden and son would have to have been innocent
* Trump would have had to use the weight of the government to coerce the Ukraine
* It would have to be for political gain
If any of those things wasn't true, then there is no problem.

You're a purely emotional creature that is completely disingenuous in the conversations you have here. You don't discuss policy because all you do is cry about Trump being mean and want to "believe all women".
I'm here discussing whether Trump violated his duty to faithfully uphold the laws of the United States.
And your retort is discussing Trump being mean and want to "believe all woman".
You did one hell of a job deconstructing your own point.

He has a duty via an agreement with Ukraine to expose corruption.

Not one bit. Exposing corruption is a good thing. The fact he stands to benefit just means he's on the correct side of things.

Hypothetically or not, there is nothing that would make me vote for a democrat because I ain't a damn fool. Too bad you liberals are.

IF Trump did make his request for his own personal gain/2020 campaign would him employing this type of swamp/deep state tactics change your opinion?
Soooo, you have nothing left but what-if's? I'll take the "we already know what DID" from the Q leaks and say frick your retorics. Nice try, but your Deep State tactics train left the station a couple years ago.
Yellow Vests, Brexit protesters, Hong Kong protesters...all catching on to Trump fighting the Deep State BS trying to preserve the New World Order. Face it, homey, it's over.

My man, these sycophants will excuse ANYTHING he does.
Take a gander at 99% of the threads and up/down voting trends. This board is a straight DJT circle jerk. It’s pathetic.
Somehow PT Barnum is now the “BEST POTUS EVER!!!” One of the greatest narcissists to have ever walked the earth and staunch Democratic supporter is now the voice of all patriots and conservatives.
Puke

E.g.,
Xi concedes to Trump and consents to a deal with China . . . certainly in terms of the 2020 campaign that would be of value. So in the TDS world, Trump would have to reject a new China deal on that basis.
