I haven't been on here very long.....but there are three things I have learned. You are off a good bit, and have severe TDS. Madking is an emotional nut job, and SFP is a narcissistic Dem Activist. Proverbs says don't engage a fool, or you will become one yourself. Carry on!

Quit printing money and get the debt under control. Should be priority number 1.

Use tariff proceeds to pay down debt.

Reign in benefits to non citizens.

Cut funds to NGO’s and foreign nations.

Nothing evidently.

Raise tariffs.

That will help keep prices down.

and yet, inflation is down under Trump compared to Biden. Make it make sense.

It won’t unless your Lord and Savior tries, as he promised he would. He makes you promises, breaks those promises, and you justify his failure “cause only other option Harris!”.

The third option is do the right thing.

this is the one that can do the most good....along with eliminating all the fraud and abuse of the welfare systems out there. It is widespread and rampant....

That, and quit sending money overseas. I know that we need to in certain situations, but we aren't an ATM.

No its not. The rate of inflation increase has dropped which is normal when you stop pushing 4 trillion a year of debt into the economy.

What do you mean, you cuck?

Blow your TDS out your arse.

If some tariffs are good, higher tariffs are even better. Simple logic.

Also, if there's no indisputable evidence of tariffs affecting inflation by now (like a steady increase in inflation since April), then that means there never will be.

So frick off with your crying and get on board with TRUMP.

If inflation reports are positive, and it helps the Republicans keep their majorities, will this finally cause a change in economic strategy? Will the staggering deficits that increase the debt to insurmountable levels be addressed?

I can afford eggs and fuel whether the prices go up or down because we exercise personal fiscal discipline. When was the last time the party in the majority has done this necessary and rational thing that all of us are capable of doing?

but soda prices are shooting up like crazy.

What's the story behind that? Coke & Pepsi are now $2.49 a liter?

Glad I got off that poison years ago.

By now you must accept that the answer is No

Again, you have to accept that the answer is No

when you panicans start these threads daily you first need list the things that you are struggling to afford.

i can't think of anything more humiliating than being a grown a*s man who's struggling to afford the basics.

it's not donald trumps fault that you can't afford to buy soft drinks, eggs or fill up your car. those are" you" problems not "we" problems

Inflation is back to normal, but it’s cumulative; it’s not going down until a severe depression. Not getting that 9% year back in 2022-23, it’s baked in. Dems will run on the inflation/economy they wrecked, just like they’ve done for 50 years. No one wants the reset under their watch, so both parties keep kicking the can, and when it pops, going to be uglier, now

For us to go down would require stagflation (negative inflation)

That’s not what stagflation means.

Stagflation is:

Inflation - up
Unemployment - up
Economic growth - down
