What’s his position on aid to Ukraine now? Had he said much?

He's going to out-Ukraine Biden? He was impeached for trying to shake down Zelensky. No Zelensky baws are going to buy that. And how much would he have to pledge to remotely get close? I think he'd lose more skeptics of the war than win converts.

I feel the same. The Republican voter that are leaving Trump are just as stupid as the democrats and lack the ability to think for themselves. The people that have walked away are the same people that originally supported Jeb, Marco and Ted, they are idiots on the right that we’re willing to vote for the same shite they’ve always been given as an option. They jumped on the Trump train after he was elected.

They get a boner thinking about the Republican Establishment, open borders, unfair trade deals, NATO members not paying what they agreed to and being in a sissy Climate Accord.

The other strategy is to try to shrink the electorate, make presidential elections less democratic,

Legitimize the electorate and make elections more democratic.

But you knew that.

Has he stated a position?
He doesn’t need to out do Biden.
He can say he supports honoring our promise to back Ukrainian sovereignty and will listen to our military as to best how to do that and still maintain our strong national defense.

I want to say no. He lost in general election. What happen in Midwest states, Georgia, and Arizona, the whole country knows elections isn't ran fairly.

DeSantis will get wiped out. No possible way he can get 74 million votes. Millions of people registered just to vote for Trump. Some had never voted and some had given up on elections. If Trump is not the candidate DeSantis will
Not be able to turn out the voters. Smartest think DeSantis and Trump could both do is run as P and VP. I think if Trump wins primary he will choose Nicky Haley for his VP if she will take it. He should choose Candace Owen’s.

He lost by only a combined 40,000 votes in Georgia, Wisconsin, and Arizona where they had to manufacture those votes for Biden to win.

I’m going to point out that had he had more self control (think the suburban mom voters) he wouldn’t have bled off and alienated so many and maybe he would’ve won those states outright. Or at the very least the cheat would’ve been far less likely to happen under scrutiny of an audit. Which is more likely if there are more votes than there are people.

I don't see Roger's strategy as viable. Your "legitimizing" the electorate has a better chance of working, but it doesn't depend on Trump. In fact, it probably works better without Trump.

DeSantis is more electable. Trump is better for the country. Now go do the right thing.

Says who? You don't think there are people out there that would change their 2020 vote right now if they could?

I bet you don't realize how ironic this statement is.

That probably covers the early defectors - the never Trumpers. But it doesn't describe a growing faction of erstwhile Trump supporters who aren't as big of fans of lockdowns, flushing trillions down the toilet, Chris Wray, the unchanged border, and FISA/CISA as you are.

No - the swing states will not go his way other than maybe North Carolina.

Im not "antitrump" at all and would gladly vote for him again if he wins the nomination in '24. That being said I would probably rather see someone else get the nomination for the reasons you're saying. Im not sure he can win another general election. Maybe I'm wrong, IDK, but I just dont see it happening.

I’m hovering around here too.

It’s hard but very important, to take prior emotions and anger out of it. Trump had an incredible platform, did countless great things and tried to do even more but was opposed and attacked on a historically unprecedented level by Left, Media, DS and RINOs. And he often didn’t make things easier on himself with the bluster and all.

But nothing justifies the absolute derangement from the Left, et al., the Nazi, Racist bullshite labels constantly used against him with zero basis.
Not one but two absolute garbage partisan impeachments by the Dems. Russia gate and more.
America was so much better under President Trump for anyone with a functioning brain.

However, the vitriol and insanity…we know they’re just going to do the same to whoever comes next from the Right. It’s a tough call to make and I understand people having trouble with it.

My gut tells me the answer is probably not electable if we’re being completely pragmatic here, because he draws so much ire and hate that it permeates to a segment of people that normally wouldn’t even care much and to a level that TPTB are willing to do anything and risk everything to defeat him, as we’ve seen.

So the conclusion isn’t much of a reflection on Trump, it’s more on how corrupt and dysfunctional our country and society is now, such that the DOJ, FBI and Dems can get away with such horrible acts, the corrupt media IGNORING or even aiding them, and many Americans not giving a shite. So, I don’t think our country is stable enough nor our election process just and fair enough for Trump to be electable, but if things were the way they should be he certainly would be so.

Is and will be.

quote:

- The entire left hates him - he won't get any of these votes and they will show up in force to the polls just to oppose him

NO person that far gone is going to vote for a GOP candidate even if it is a GOPe.

So that is not an argument to even be made.

quote:

He's lost the middle due to his mouth and just general Trump fatigue - He will get very few of these votes

That is BS.

quote:

He's lost a lot of support on the right due to his continued support for the vaccines among other things - He will still get most of these but not as many as in the past two elections
