The simple fact of the matter is that if you are a Christian, then you will care very much to find out if Yoga is demonic, or sinful in nature. Instead of finding justification for it, it will be more important to you that you determine whether or not this is pleasing or not to God.
I have heard and read things on Yoga in the past, it’s foundation in Hinduism, it’s practices of sexual immorality and the like, and all of it is reason enough I would think to at least pause to consider it carefully, or to just start stretching and quit practicing Yoga entirely. Again, this is only going to be concerning to people who want to follow God and want to please Him over what we may find pleasing or fashionable.
