That is the reason it's silly to worry about something like this in the US. Even in a major city where gun ownership is much lower, if you had 50, 100, even a thousand guys running around apartment complexes going door to door blasting people, the police/NG/citizen response would be rapid, massive, and it would be shutdown in a matter of hours.
