While I agree “shall not infringe”,
quote:
Here is a breakdown of the nine prohibited categories: Felony Convictions: Anyone convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.
Fugitives from Justice: Individuals who are currently fleeing from justice.
Unlawful Users of Controlled Substances: Those who are an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.
Mental Health Prohibitions: Individuals who have been adjudicated as a mental defective or have been committed to a mental institution.
Unlawful Alien Status: People who are unlawfully in the United States or are aliens admitted to the U.S. under a nonimmigrant visa.
Dishonorable Discharge: Persons who have been discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
Renunciation of Citizenship: Those who have renounced their United States citizenship.
Domestic Violence Restraining Orders: Individuals who are the subject of a qualifying domestic protection order. Misdemeanor Domestic Violence Convictions: Persons convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

Ehhhh I'm not sure that this is solely his plan. But, he's always been something of a progressive at heart even back into the 80s.

But hey, since we’ve already started infringing, let’s just keep on going, amirite?!

This really isn't that crazy when you think about it. There is a significant correlation between mental illness and those who are transgender and a significant amount of transgender people are suicidal. We prevent other mentally ill people from getting guns, what is so terrible about adding another group with mental problems (gender dysphoria is a mental problem in of itself, not to mention the suicide/depression rates) to the list?

The Founders didn’t have to consider airplanes or massive amount of trannies when they wrote the Constitution.
Restrictions have been in place since the Constitution was ratified, don’t be obtuse and pretend otherwise.

Replace “airplanes and trannies” with “assault rifles” and you’d sound just like e nice obedient little progressive.

Yup, I’ve heard them say this verbatim as well.

I don’t think the government should infringe on 2a but I do think government should send them all to camps

People with significant mental illnesses are already banned, essentially:
If you think you're a chick but you have testicles, you are mentally incompetent. The problem is that we normalized mental illness. You know one of the reasons so many OIF vets killed themselves? There was significant stigma to getting mental health treatment, because in many states you'd get put on a list, including Louisiana. So they didn't get treatment. But now, it's just "lived truth" or some other bullshite.
quote:
Federal Law: Under federal law, individuals who have been involuntarily committed to a mental health facility or determined by a court to be mentally incompetent are prohibited from possessing firearms. This includes individuals who have been found not guilty by reason of insanity, deemed legally insane, or unfit to stand trial.

Again, closest realities or 2 have to sign iff..they'd know if Dr was on point, lol
So what you are saying is that if two close relatives sign an affidavit saying you are too mentally incompetent/ill to own a firearm and give that to law enforcement that should be all thats needed to take away an individuals right to purchase a firearm temporarily?

So if the govt removes trans as a designation, how can trans be used as a designation to deny the 2A?
Looking forward to the pretzel logic.

No..not surprised you dont understand. If a doctor says there's a mental condition, then no gun. Bitches like you throw tantrums about the 2A, Yada Yada, maybe its just temporary issue. Fine. At that point, 1 or 2 family members should have to stand up and agree to sign for responsibility of any negative situations that come from that mental person having a gun.
My hunch, instead of screaming his rights are violated, they will shut up and refuse to sign.
See everyone runs there mouth, until the liability lies in there lap.
