Where is that information at? The link is about arguing appeals, not prosecuting cases.

Robert Barnes has said he argued a motion against her (not a full case) and that she was the dumbest lawyer he's ever faced in court.

I don't know why you are getting heat. 100% hearing an appeal has NOTHING to do with prosecuting a case. In all likelihood, the city had a different attorney in charge of appeals.
I hate Kammy as much as the next raving lunatic but appeals have nothing to do with the original trial.

The Appeals process on the part of the government isn’t part and parcel of the effort to ultimately convict someone, or “finalize” a conviction?

Correct but appeal comes after the prosecution right? The question is did she ever take 1st chair and the answer is no.

She does come from a middle class family. So she has that. And she can put on the pantsuit all by herself and use the word “ unburdened “ in a sentence.

She knows how to read, at least give her that. Right? Does she??

So now it's not whether she prosecuted cases, its whether she was 1st chair?

How about the ones she touted in the debate about cartels or whatever international BS she claimed? Just give us some case numbers or docket numbers. Anything. This isn’t addressed to you Legal just anyone who wants to step up to the plate.

I’d like someone to show us a time that she didn’t lie. Let’s start there.

She would still likely be an attorney of record, if a case had gone up on appeal. Do the court records show that she was not an attorney of record on any case that went up on appeal, or simply that she didn't personally "argue the appeal"?
Not arguing an appeal is not a huge deal, but still I would typically expect it to be something an attorney who served as a huge state's Attorney General to have done at least once or twice.
I would also be interested in more information about cases she ACTUALLY TRIED at the trial level. It would seem like it would be noteworthy to anyone who served on jury with her, such that they might have come forward by now to tell us about it.

Democrats have a machine to craft stories for these otherwise empty vessels. They choose that vessel early on, create the persona and they damn near last forever. I can think of a couple in particular.

Not a lead prosecutor in court, 1st chair or at a table during a case. Can you show a case as DA ? How about as an assistant DA? As AG her time was in front of a camera

I just want to see one trial transcript. I had assumed she did dozens, if not hundreds.

“football coach” Walz

Well she picked the perfect combat veteran of a VP for her campaigns narrative.

her entire persona was she was a tough on crime prosecutor from California
-then we learned she went to poorly rated law school
-she finished bottom of her class
-she failed the bar exam the first time she took it
but now we don’t even know that she ever actually did any trials?
it really just shows how phony politicians are, in general. true empty suits who make their living at the public tit, sucking taxpayer money and using their positions to enrich themselves and their handlers without any contribution to society
